Experience how sound and music affect the atmosphere in game environments

With this experience, the museum's visitors have the opportunity to create different types of moods for different environments. For example, it is possible to see how the same type of sound clip and music creates various moods depending on what scene the user sees.

3D-Sound

Depending on what sound a user has started and in which direction the user looks in the virtual environment, the sound is perceived differently. This is done with the help of so-called 3D sound, where some sounds are linked to specific parts in the 3D scene. Visitors can either listen to the sounds via a speaker or headphones.

Two screens

The interactive station is built with the game engine Unity. The gaming environment is connected to two 4K 55" screens where one of them has touch. The interaction between users and systems takes place on the touch screen and the gaming environment visitors can navigate in is mirrored on both screens.
