CICERON GROUP - MILESTONE MANIA

Gaming platform for digital events and conferences with challenges in the form of mini games and hidden questions.

About the Case

Event agency Ciceron Group had been asked to create a playful and exploratory gaming platform as part of a digital conference for a well known brand.

We at Spree were then given the exciting task of creating this digital platform. In this work, we created an avatar studio, several mini games and hidden questions based on the brand’s profile, depending on Ciceron Group’s concepts and wishes.

The world was built in four different Milestones / levels where the participant had to complete one or two mini-games to unlock and be able to get to the next level.

The mini games challenged the participants on the brand’s profile their knowledge of their work areas in a playful and creative way.

All participants competed with each other by collecting points in the different mini games and also by answering hidden questions correctly around the different milestones / levels.

Avatar studio

The first step for the participants was to create their avatar / player. Here in the form of a playful monster where the participants could edit the monster's different parts such as color, main attributes, eyes, mouth and hands.

Milestones & Levels

The game is divided into different levels in the form of Milestone A, B and C. If you pass these levels, you will also reach the last level called Level 1.

The different levels are built in different 3D worlds with a retro feel and with a playful and wide color scale to suit the company's profile.

To get to the next level, you have to find different doors / cave openings where the mini games are located.

As soon as the participant has completed the level's mini game, the next level is unlocked on the map.

Hidden Questions

At all levels, there were hidden questions placed in the form of 3D question marks. The questions were created as pop ups with 1, X, 2 - answer options where the questions were based on the company's profile and history.

In the case of a legally answered question, the participants had the opportunity to collect points for the highscore board.

Task: Pop Culture

At the first level, the participants got to play Pop Culture. A game where you got  to "Pop" bubbles that rose from a bathtub. The bubbles contained different value words / profile words. Some positives and some negatives where you had the chance to collect points but also lose points.

Here it was important to be fast and focused!

Task: Memory Lane

Memory lane är ett memory baserat spel där deltagarna skall hitta och passa ihop rätt "post it" med sin dubblett.

På lapparna står företagets värdeord och betydelsefulla fraser för arbetsområdet.

Task: The dissatisfied customer

I denna del får deltagarna möta den "Missnöjda kunden" genom att ställas inför olika dilemman. Här testas de i kundbemötande och regler/policys som gäller för deras varumärke.

Genom 1, X, 2 - frågor får användaren svara vad hen tycker passar för deras policy.

The Maze - Cooperation Task

I detta utmanande spel fick deltagarna klura sig fram genom en labyrint där hen var tvungen att får med sig alla sina teammedlemmar.

Här var samarbete nyckelordet och av största vikt! Alla dina teammedlemmar var fångade  bakom olika stängda väggar som endast kunde öppnas genom att en annan ur ditt team ställde sig på en knapp/plattform som kunde öppna dörren/väggen. På detta sätt fick man klura och testa sig fram för att kunna öppna den rätta dörren och på så sätt ta sig fram och få med sig hela teamet ut ur labyrinten.  Ju snabbare man va i detta spel desta högre poäng kunde man samla till sin high score.
